Terry is one of only a few family law attorneys who exclusively practices family law and possess an advanced law degree in Taxation. Terry exclusively practiced family law in his career.

Terry is well versed in all areas of family law including dissolutions of marriage, paternity matters, child custody, child and spousal support, division of property and attorney’s fees. He also handles annulments and complex domestic violence restraining order cases. Terry has experience with numerous complex trials and settled hundreds of cases. He is dedicated to achieving client’s goals through courtroom advocacy or settlement when warranted.

During law school, Terry was a member of the Bette and Wylie Aitken Family Protection Clinic, where he provided free assistance and legal representation in Court as a certified law student to victims of domestic violence. Prior to law school, he volunteered at the Community Legal Aid Society in the Norwalk Courthouse providing assistance and preparation of legal documents to victims of domestic violence.
